The atom technology is to manipulate atoms or molecules individually or in assembly, and to create new arrays of atoms and molecules on surface of solid or in space or solid interior. It is aimed to explore materials of structure not seen in the nature or innovative phenomena through this technology and to establish breakthrough foundations for new electron devices by utilizing such phenomena.
